Authored the structured text and HTML manifest embedding sections of the C2PA specification; WritersLogic is a C2PA Contributor Member. Initial committer of Proof-of-Process, an LF Decentralized Trust Lab. 9 research papers on arXiv. 15+ years across cryptographic systems, web platform engineering, cinematography, and military communications.

David L. Condrey is the Founder and Principal Engineer of WritersLogic, Inc. He has contributed 41 merged pull requests across C2PA (c2pa-org) repositories and 4 to the C2PA reference implementation, contentauth/c2pa-rs, including its plain-text and structured-text asset handlers (as of October 11, 2026). He contributed the Process Attestation Trust Task to the Trust Over IP Trust Tasks task force, and convened a session on proof of effort for text-based content at Internet Identity Workshop 42 (April 2026).
